Wiper conversion problem

I need a little help please.
Trying to put aq Fabia rear wiper on the car.
I have undone the bolt, but cant remove the are from the spindle, it seems jammed.
Can anyone shed any light on this problem. Am i missing somethine here???

no, you mite just need some dw40 then prize it off with a small pry bar or big screw driver... mite be easier if the blade is up off of the window...

Looks much better than the old 1.
