I need some new wiper blades on my Ibiza, but my local halfruads don't stock them,

Anyone know where to get them from?

Do the stealers charge a bomb for them?

Cheers

What do you mean Helfrauds don't stock them? They're just plain old Bosch wiper blades.

Try Euro Car Parts or something like that, but from what I remember my local dealer was cheaper than Helfrauds for them. Not as cheap as ECP, but still...

Mate, do as i did, phone round or look for someone breaking a Mk6 VW Polo and get the aeros off them. Ebay is a good place to start and send them a message. Its not a straight fit but you just cut about 15mm off the n/s blade with a hacksaw and your done - 5 min job. I got mine for £25 delivered!

Or buy the Renault Aero blades that fit onto your existing arms? About £28 IIRC!

Fl@pper started the thread, and driveforward and myself both commented on it, seeing as we all have the kit :)

Renault only do online ordering for trade customers, so you'll need to go to the dealer unfortunately.

If they're ordered before 5 and in stock at Lutterworth, you'll have them next day.

Just get ones that are the same length and you'll be ok. The Bosch boxes contain a load of different fittings so one of them will be the right one.

Sisson, your car has standard wiper clips, so any standard blades will fit, as long as the length is the same/similar :)

When I bought my Passat, the wiper blades were in dire condition and needed replacing immediately (couldn't see in the rain).
As my local car shop didn't have any in stock I went to the VW dealer, expecting to get shafted bigtime, and was pleasantly suprised to find they were about the same price.
