Windscreen Washer jets

On my 1998 Cordy - it has those water pistol type jets.. not sure if all of us on the mk2 platform have these.

anyone have the later fan type sprays as standard?

or anyone modified theres to the fan type?

my 1998 6n polo 1.4 had the fan spray type. Thinking about how hard it would be do fit them and which model would be best to use?

cheers guys

I like the sound of those fan ones. May have to look into it so I will be keeping an eye on this thread.

ye the light up led washer jet's usually blue some red but adorned on many an LS nova/vectra or chavalier etc

thankfully i ripped off the wiring :) but they are good jets to use without the bling

cheers!

been having a look at both Polo and ibiza. according to Vag Cat the Ibiza was available with heated jets??

looked at the polo ones - from having owned one i recall pre 98 had the crappy pistol type and 98 onwards had the fan spray type.

so im guessing its (9) the later type

Hmm i have a feeling that all fan type washers are scuttle mounted, the post 98 polo's definately are. Smoothing the bonnet would be nice but i can live with jet types.
