It kinda looks like 2 brake pads, but with a winder in the middle.

winds back the rear brake pistons

ghetto tuners use 22mm sockets and a 9lb lump hammer, i really wouldnt advice that though

I used to use a breaker bar, and the old pad though!

Halfords sell em for about 20 quid

or you can get a 'cube' on Ebay for about a fiver.... not that good though apparently....

i went to gsf in cheltenham and theyve got a couple of them all different so im confused

not as harsh as a hammer but if you get a G clamp and some wood then just close the clamp and it pulls the pad back (the wood is used to stop clamp from marking the calipers)
