I was wondering the same thing. I think the answer is yes, it definitely does, but how much of that is actually useful on a regular basis I'm not sure about.

Good gadget if the price is right, but not sure of it's benefit yet.

Looks like it could be useful for reading fault codes. Call me stupid but when it throws up a code, how do you know what it means?
