Will they fit?

Hi, just a quick question.

My friend has offered me his old genuine set of the new shape audi rs6 alloys. Obviously i'll need to buy adapters to change the pcd from 5x112 to 5x100. But i'm not to sure about the other factors.
The measurements are 8.5j x 19h2 et48. They're on 255/35 tyres.

Just wondering if they'd fit (and i'm prepared to spend a bit of money to get them to fit) as he only wants £200!

Oh and i want to fit them to a 2004 leon cupra.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Do they not have wider/different offset on the back then the fronts?

Damn I don't know. He's just given me one wheel to try and see if they fit.

I might be wrong I just had a feeling the rears were either wider or had a lower offset.
