Will lowering springs make the car level?

The reason I ask the above is that right now, my car has the infamous "buggy" look due to bigger wheels on the standard suspension/springs. The rear wheel arch gap is massive.

The Eibach kit im thinkin of gettin says it lowers 30mm on front and 25mm on the rear. Surely this means that the rear would still be stuck in the air compared to the front because the rear is already higher up, no?

lowering the car 30mm front and 25mm back wouldnt illimate the buggy look at all im afraid many times a 30mm lowering sprigs have been added o beezers with disapointing results coilovers are the only way honestly to get it sitting nice!

the rearof the beezer was designed to be slightly higher at the rear and this is probably the reason why the Eibach kit is set like that
