Seattoby runs his 9" borbets without any work to the arches me thinks. Im running 7.5's with no work to arches :>

I doubt you'll get away with 9s with stock arches. I'm getting 9s all round next week, et25 front and et15 rear, but i'm also getting the arches rolled, pulled and flared!

do you reckon? Too much poke? They'll have stretched tyres on. Been looking at mk3 golfs with same offsets and looks ok.

Thought Borbets only came is 7J - hence you running a 195 on them!
But yeah, you can run a 9 easy. Think you just have to run the correct offset to clear both sides (arch and suspension strutt).
I was going to run a 9J d90 on the back with no problems (I calculated).
Whats the wheels in question then Big-J

7.5" for sure, 195's have a bit of a stretch but not much. I was looking for some 9's for the back because seattoby seems to be running them no problems.

ok.. so , lets say for sake of arguement, a set of 16's at 7.5" width, et is @35 or so..
normal 195's would look ok with no crazy stretch on ( Im not one for the stoooopidly stretched tyre thaang)

and as for "man up" Ollie................;)
