why no heaters

ive had a few problems with my n reg ibiza the matrix was leaking which turned out to be a major strip out job to replace old matrix any way done all that and still no heaters is this a air lock problem because the radiator bottem hose stays cold or is this a water pump problem which is more work because you got to move alot to get at the pump

have you run it with the coolant expansion tank cap off?

i had no heater on my old mk2 but the temp gauge was fine, turned out the water pump had gone in the end
