I think it would be a close call, i can definitly route a cold air feed down to my fog light, with a FMIC.

With the front bumper off and the FMIC fitted Forge tried to fit their KONA induction system to my old LCR (Similar design to Carbonio if you look at their web site) but it wouldn't fit.

Maybe if people start hacking and squashing pipes it's possible though:shrug:

Hi
We have been asked this before about the FMIC but we was not sure as we have not tried it.
But it seems not.
But we do the P-Flow kit for the 225`s would one of them be any good
Neuspeed P-FLO™ Induction Kit
You get increased throttle response, better fuel economy and more power when you install the P-FLO™. Others try to emulate the work of Neuspeed, but no one can match the unique combination of performance, quality and durability you will find with the P-FLO™. Each application is custom made for a precise fit. Custom brackets are gloss black powder coated. The Beetle, Golf IV and Bora feature a special brushed stainless steel enclosure to reflect heat and compliment your engine compartment. By eliminating the restrictive factory air box and going direct to the MAF (mass air flow) meter, a greater efficiency is achieved to produce 5-8 horsepower, depending on the application. The P-Flo™ comes with a high-performance K&N air filter. You also get a deep, throaty engine sound. Parts vary according to model.

All very good and well Sarah, but dont K+N filters knacker our MAF's due to them being oil soaked?

Have you got any pics of this filter?

Hmm sounds interesting but as Mitchy said I thought the K&N type filter caused MAF problems.

K&N's certainly make a lovely noise!

Hi No they dont!!!!!
The only thing that kills the MAF is air going over it.
I worked for a Skoda dealer for 5 and a half years and I have replaced MAF`s on TOTALLY standard cars.
I replaced 2 on Octavia`s in 1 dat driven by middle aged ladies 1 a 1.4 16v and 1 a TDi 110bhp
These had never seen anything other than a dealer for service either.
