Why can I not see service book on Erwin?

Hi to all!

Previous Ibiza owner (2008) and potenital Leon FR 184hp (2014/15).

I would like to check Leon's electronic service book but all options on Seat Erwin site are greyed out (even with enterprise account).
Is this normal behaviour with the site or car just does not have electronic maintenance records - this would be strange as it is from official dealership located in Switzerland?

All vehicles are not registered/stored in Erwin electronic service book, just the newer cars. My 2018 Leon Cupra is there and perhaps also cars from 2017, I am not sure. 2015 is to far back in time, not available.

If the car is from an official dealership you could always ask them for a printed copy of the service record.

But I agree with @TheSwede my 2014 does not have an online service record but then again its never been near a Seat Dealership.

Car is indeed from official dealership, but they rejected my request for export of maintenance book due to privacy reasons.

Personally I would push back on them, You own the car and are entitled to know the history you are not asking about the owners just about the service history.
