I'm trying to track down a set and remember seeing a pic of a red Beeza with them fitted. Only thing is I can't remember where I saw it, and whose it was!

Obviously trying to get a set in 5x100, in a 17" But they seem pretty wide; only being available in an 8J. If so, could the person running them tell me what tyre size they're running them with?

Cheers,
Steve

I know of a set in 7.5x17 BUT they're 5x112. However you could get them to fit easily enough if you use 100 - 112mm adaptors, this would probably work okay as the offset on these wheels are 47mm. A bit of work involved but not too much.....
CHs are very common in 18 inch and are used as original equipment by Audi for the new A3. Very rare in 17''.
You can also get a big discount from the importers by quoting the title of a well known Volkswagen magazine!

Cheers stoney - that was the pic I saw. They are available in a 5x100 and 17" but as rare as rocking horse sh*t! And to add the difficulties, the 17s are 8.5 wide!

There does seem to be more sets about in 18 and 19. Ah well, will keep my eyes peeled :)

Cheers,
Steve

I'm running 17x8 et35 all round (not BBS) on std suspension. 205/40 tyres and have no rubbing even on full lock. Great stance on the 8s especially on the front as they stick out slightly.

You should manage 8.5s, even if they need a very small spacer. The main problem will probably be your front suspension, I can just get my fingers between the inside lip and the suspension but with 8.5s this might fowl?

What offset are the CHs?
