this is my engine bay, this is what i mean about the two check valves. Are all the vac lines going to where they should be?

That's more confused than Scooby Doo. It's hard for me to remember the standard setup of these hoses but you should only have one check valve - the one on the left.

If I've worked this out correctly then the top-right vac hose with the heat-shielded sleeve going into that top check valve is coming from your actuator (second line on the K03) and should go straight into the top connection of your left-hand N112 (SAI valve).

If you follow the pipe that comes off the top of that left-hand N112 now it tees into this line, but where does that connecting vac hose go that goes out of sight under the charge pipe?

From what I can make of this you need to remove the line I just talked about (along with the check valve) and plumb the actuator line straight into the top of the N112 connection that should now be free - but I need to know where that other hose goes under the charge pipe?

If you look at http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=106707&page=2 this bypass has already been done but you can see where the actuator line is supposed to plumb into the N112 as I described above.

What does it actually plumb into? Yeah that second check valve on the actuator line needs removing. As a one-way valve the way it's plumbed in at the moment looks like it won't allow any air to go back to the actuator.

Yes mate as far as i remember the vac hose from the top of the N112 valve goes to the EGR valve. Then the actuator hose Tees into it.

The above vac line goes into the side of the actuator and the hose from the N75 valve goes into the top of the actuator i think

Yes that's right I remember now - the pic you took in the dark is the EGR combi valve. So, the actuator line tees into this and then on into the N112 on the left.

So all you actually need to do is remove that check valve that's plumbed into the line :)

You should have it set up exactly like the first pic in this thread, just remove the check valve. That line should go down to the second port on the actuator, the other one coming up to the N75 that connects onto your intake pipe (TIP)

rite the line on the left gose to the n112 (i think thats what its called) and the one on the back of the actuator goes to the N75 is this correct?

Yeah as i said before the N75 hose goes to top of the actuator and the N112 hose goes to the EGR valve and to the side port of the actuator. It might be worth disconnecting your battery for half an hour aswell to reset the ecu. Have you got access to Vag Com?

EDIT: Top of the actuator being the port with 90 degree bend....
