Which exhaust tip to go for?

Going to get an exhaust made up for my car and cant decide which tip to go for. Im stuck between a 5x3 oval, Or a twin round. Has anyone got any pics of them on a pre facelift bumper.

Is the mufflerectomy thingymobob only for diesels, as it looks like thats what they are for.

Will be going to the local blue flame franchise for it to be done.

Wouldnt get mufflerectomy if its a petrol. Will make it unbearably loud.
