Which coil?

This coil is fine by the way. Just fitted it this morning. £44 all in delivered as opposed to £84 inc vat from dealer. Don't do what I did and unscrew the bolts without grabbing the nuts. I had to fish about for them in all the leaves that were trapped under the scuttle shield.

I didn't, I asked the rescue guy to test it for me and the voltage on the HT lead side was lower so suspected coil packed in. There was no spark and the plugs and leads looked good.

got a new coil not long ago, there's basically a cheap one and an expensive one, no difference at all other than price, but I'm sure that's figured out by now anyway as I'm late replying.

cheap one you can pop the panel open and unbolt the ign pack connections

dear one is all soldered in

if complete either will fit
