Yeah it says they are genuine VAG coilpacks

Dress up your engine bay with these Red colored coil packs

Add a some style to your engine bay with these Genuine VAG ignition coils. Includes a set of 4 coils to fix your mis-fire problems and add some color to your engine bay in one easy step.

For cars with push in coil packs

Although it is possible for these to be fitted to earlier 1.8T vehicles with the bolt down coilpacks, You may also need to retro fit the coilpack wiring from a later model. Please see 'we also recommend'.

Bit of a thread revival here!! But i am asking the same question so seemed pointless starting a new thread, basically i am looking to replace my coil packs as one has gone, what is the best make to go for? i thinking Bosch as they tend to make good stuff, but have been told Beru are also good

It might depend on engine type, but, I've found for the coil version fitted to the 1.2 and 1.4 engines, Eldor is my manufacturer of choice - try to avoid accepting any built in Turkey though as that is where most of the problems with Eldor came from. Bosch is a quality manufacturer, but in my experience not necessarily any good at making these coils. Beru - I've only ever had one Beru coil and it failed after 14 months.

It is all down to how anyone builds these compact high voltage assembles - and seals them against moisture ingress.
