l'm looking to replace my brake discs (and pads) all round in the next couple of weeks, but l'm unsure of which ones to go for
l've decided that l'm defiantly going to have a set of EBC but the question is.....which type!?

l've been looking at 2 main types:-

The EBC Grooved & Dimpled - Fronts GD1338 & Rears GD931

OR

The EBC Ultimax Grooved - Fronts USR1338 & Rears USR931

The prices are pretty much exactly the same, so it just comes down to which would be best??? l've not had anything to do with either sets in the past, so don't really know which direction to throw my money in....

Ill help lol. Right ive got the ebc ultimax's which i find to be good not had any problems apart from rusting up but im away offshore alot and running them with the ds2500 pads.

dependant on costs you could go down the root which will be my next purchase for brakes. 2 piece discs which some people highly recommend. Depends on what you want them for though

But i would take the ultimax over groved and dimpled in my opinion

Black diamon front discs and Brembo performance pads or EBC ultimax pads are good to go with the discs to. But that's what I am going to do with my Cupra R. All the best choosing your pads and discs bud. :)
