Hey,
I am thinking of getting this:

with this touchscreen

But where the hell would I mount them?? I already have a headunit in the single din slot. I thought maybe the nav unit could go where the centre vents are but unsure if it'd fit there easy enough? It's 17cm wide. And I suppose I could make a bracket for the screen to mount on the dash but not really sure either.

Let me know your ideas
Thanks

mount the nav unit in the glovebox or boot or under the passenger seat..... screen will have to be retrofitted int the dash somewhere, or get a double din conversion done.... expensive thouhg,, by the time youve done all that it might be worth investing in a din screen nav all in 1 unit matey

that is cheap then. not much good if it wont fit though, maybe search max power type magazines, they all have satnav and audio retrofitted everywhere.

id be worried about security on this like.

why not blank inside the glovebox and fit it in there with the din under seat, hidden then also.

That's a thought, I could use the glovebox as a mount for the screen? Cut a square and mount it in there. Maybe get some sort of tilt mechanism to fit?? Would I be able to see it properly from the drivers seat for navigation though

possibly not tbh.

little room anywhere else where you could see it though.

could you not just buy the nav and buy a seperate screen for the din....

yep then attatch the nav unit in the back via the glovebox and voila.

does then nav play cds also?

if not keep the multichanger and mount the nav under the seat
