where is the fuel pump relay?

fuel pump relay??

i have a 1997 p reg cordoba 1600cc, it starts no problem but when it heats up and then switched off and left for 10 min wont start again, well, the fuel pump primes, starts the car but then cuts out, the car will start if left for a longer period of time, say 1/2 hour /40 min.
the previous owner had the same problem but got the fuel pump relay changed and it seemed to fix it,, that was a year ago or more and has been ok till now.
any ideas/same problems etc??
where is the fuel pump relay??
hope someone can help

There's no F in Quality..
Sorry for the delay....

Looked in the manual, but there is no reference to the relays, and which is which :confused:

It only refers to the fuses !!!

Have you tried searching on here and/or Google?

Mk3 Golfs will have the same fuse/relays, so might be worth a search for them to.....

i'm not sure if it will help but worth a look but location 12 from memory so it's bottom right on lower half

original relay/fuse box was designed as 2 rows only so the top half was added later as they got more complicated

locations are as follows
