Where does this vac pipe go?

This pipe, that comes off the top of the N112 valve (I think thats the valve, top left of coil packs) then it's t-pieced onto the top of the actuator.

You can see in this pic the pipe come from the left (off the the top of the N112 valve) then the t-piece leading to actuator.

Now, my question is, where does the pipe going to the right go? Mines just doesn't go anywhere and looks like it's snapped and frayed off


T-piece leads down to actuator.

Any help much appreciated as my 10-14psi has had me a bit baffled since I got my boost gauge. Also would this explain engine management light on but car running fine? I have vagcom but need to setup laptop to run it.

Off the actuator one goes to the N75 and the other to one of the N112's

Yeah thats right.

But the pipe in the first picture, leads off to the right and just goes no where?

Not mate, I did tne N75 bypass other day and cut all them off. This is completely free standing by itself.......I was wondering if I had cut it when doing the bypass but it was a struggle to get it through and under the TIP so dont think I have.

Im guessing u mean the N249 bypass as you cannot bypass the N75. Other than the DV the only other pipe going that side would be for the SAI

Where is the SAI located and what is it?

SAI is just to the right of the charge pipe right at the back of the block. Its a silver valve bolted onto the the engine

Yep thats got a vac pipe connected, if its not the dv one then it'l be the SAI
