where could i get a Vinyl roof and bumper

howdo am looking at getting a vinyl roof done and the bottom part of my front bumper done in a black vinyl

i've got a fr facelift bumper on my car and a seen somebodys car on here a think it was red with the black vinyl behind the licence plate and below the lower grill on their bumper and wondered how much it would cost to do
and also the roof aswell
