where can i get these IC pipes from!?

any one please advise where i can buy these from, the top 2 are the ones i need. i have a boost leak and the top one with a ring around it has a metal curve welded in place of the rubber hose that is normally there. the middle one replaces the pancake and these will be connected together with a silicone sleeve. Please any one advise! thanks

please note that i have the eliminator turbo installed and i have bought a a custom SMIC which sits in the stock location and uses the stock piping, so i need to get some piping like above.

looks like your going to have to get them made up mate by somewhere local i would imagine, not really too sure
