Hi ive got a 98 ibiza cupra and was interested in some aftermarket arch extensions and have seen some cheap ones for the 2000-2002 model, i wondered if these would fit mine? they look pretty similar, thanks

they probably would mate, but would need a bit of work.. not sure how much this would cost though..

Yeah they will fit mate, i've got some from the cupra on my '95 Ibiza and they only needed a little bit trimming off, mainly for my side skirts and front bumper. I think you can get the set of 4 for around £80 to.

Nice work. How far down the car do they go? I dont want to have sideskirts.

Thanks Red Ibiza VR6 The arches go all the way down the car, so there isn't any need for side skirts, mine where just cut so that they fit with the front bumper and side skirts. They'll be simple to fit if your not having side skirts to as they just bolt straight in place

I would be interested in these and my arches have seen better days and these would cover any unsightlys!!

Andythom im not 100% sure who stocks these, i got a mate of mine to order them in at his work at Motorworld. I'll see if i can find out who else stocks them for you though mate.

Seat did them as an option on the Mk3 Ibiza's if I remember rightly

Anythom, i've just found the reciept and they were from motorworld from one of there suppliers, not sure which one at the minute, but my mate is checking that for me. You could get them from the dealers aswell, but im not sure how much they would be from there, mine were £80 if you've already been quoted for some mate.

Take it these will fit the Mk2 fine?

They're the Mk3 ones I was referring to, and they will fit with a small bit of midification as decribed above.

Yeah like andyj says those arches will fit with only minor adjustments to them, i think the main area that was adjusted mine was the bottom of the arch to take into account the side skirts and then the underside where it normally bolts to the melt arch as my arches have been rolled, but depending on how low your car is will tell how much alteration mate.
