sorry if this has already been asked, but since i got my LC back 5 days ago after having the water pump replaced it seems to have a really low MPG now.

Its an 03 LC remapped to 225 with forge DV and Powerflow Zaust
averaging around 20-23MPG although on the motorway it will rise to around 30MPG.

Are all you guys MPG's this low, or is it just my heavy right foot been there too much.

Yeah i would say that's par for the course to be honest, giving a 220bhp car some welly is going to see the light side of 20mpg whatever you drive.

I rarely get above 30. Usually abot 22 round town rising up to 29/30 on a long trip.

My average since buying the car is 25.4 and I do a lot of town driving so not bad.....

how the heck!
I've got a 210 LCR and if i drive like a phanny (which is most of the time!) i'm getting 25mpg 27 on motorway

Mind you i do need a new g62 coolant sensor, could this be effecting the MPG ?

I normally get 300 to a tank, mine doesnt have multifunction, byt the last tank was only 240, which is 22 mpg!

In a standard LC with BP Ultimate and driving like a granny I can get:-
Around town: mid to high 20's
Motorway: high 30's
Overall low: 30's

more typical is 35 on m/way and 25 round town.

Does my head in that miles and miles of careful driving barely alters the average figures but one quick blast and the averages plummet.
Used cheap 95 petrol once because warning light was on and i couldn't get anything else and only managed 31mpg on a 200 mile motorway run.
