Whats this button for???

Was working in my Leon Sport today when I noticed a button that isn’t in my 1.9tdi se (110).
Its located on the B pillar right at the base, near where the turner is to adjust the back rest position, the button has like a alarm logo on it or something? I pressed it but nothing happened? Read hand book, yet again nothing.
What the hell is it???

Switches the interior sensors off when you leave kids or doge etc in car when you lock it.

Ahh excellent, thank you but how do i know if its activated or not?

Sit in it, lock the car and move around the car, jump from seat to seat.

If it goes off then the sensor is on, if it doesn't then switch it on lol

when arming the car the sensor are swicthed on automaically.

To disble interior sensor for example you have some dog in the car or the windows are open.

Press the button, the led on the door should light up. get out and close the door. press the lock button on remote. the car should lock and aram. but the interior sensor will be disble until you unlock the doors and on the igintion
