Getting an FR ibiza 20v very soon.

I know they are pokey to start with but i will want to modifiy it at some stage.

Already seen the exhaust I want but what is the best setup for induction side?

I have seen a lot of people talking about the cupra intake and green panel filter.

How is the 57i K and N induction kit rated. Will suck in hot air?

Any pics of induction kits fitted?

i used to have a viper fitted to mine but decided to go for the standard setup in the end with green and diesel airbox as its got a bigger outlet 3" instead of 2.5" ;)

im looking into getting a bmc closed induction kit for my ibiza cupra in the near future, not seen one fitted on a mk4 ibiza before so should be interesting, plus its carbon fibre so will look sweet aswell!

as it has been said, a green panel filter and cupra intake seems to work well. think the green panel filter is about £40 from badger5 on here

TTS are selling the BMC ones very cheap at the moment Jay if you were getting one soon. Might be worth getting in touch with them before they stop the offer. About £129 IIRC

I had a BMC on mine a while back, but the Green Dynatwist gave better results and a better sound.

As for overall performance, the best overall seemed to be a smoothed standard Airbox with Green filter and Modded cupra TDi intake.

There is a post from me about 2 yrs ago on the very subject of all the different ones i tried.

its not just the diesel cupra intake its on the petrol cupra too ;)

jay id see the bmc very hard to fit in the space given as it is on the large side and you wont beable to fit the inlet pipe down the side of the battery cover
