Whats it worth?

Hi guys.

Im being offered some ice from a mate but we havent got a clue what it would be worth as its a few years old now and it was fitted when he bought his car. Its an Alpine MRV-F250 (v12) amp, Alpine CHA-1214 12disc cd changer with a 10" sub.

Anybody got any ideas what i should offer for it?

£40 4 amp , 12 disc changer £60 or thereabouts , sub £40 , thats what i would ask if i was selling it

That sounds about right to me, thanks nick. Is this kit any good? the sub doesn't seem to have any branding on it so not sure how good it is really, but i could always upgrade it at some point i guess. Where would be the best place to look for cabling?

i thought it was a alpine sub , id say a £100 for the lot , if the sub aint got a make it may be shiiit , the amp should be fine its only a small one isnt in , and the multichanger is only any good if you got a alpine stereo , i would rather have a cd player myself , instead of leads going to the back of the car

The amp is actually pretty big (physically) if thats what you meant? and fairly weighty! I could use his alpine h/u, not saying its not good but i dont like the look of it. Could always get a new one i know but dont know if i want to go through the bugger of a custom install. I was just going to buy the seat cd changer off ebay but this kit ive been offered seems fairly good for £100.
