You might need to think carefully about your budget mate. If you also want to freshen up the bushes (which is a good idea) and are going to get someone else to fit it you could easily see your budget doubled or more.

Suspension (Spring & dampers)

and that's if you don't find any other gremlins along the way.

R32 ARB's are cheaper than Neuspeed so you could save money there. Weitec spring / damper combo is a good budget set up.

You also want to factor in some money for full alignment after it's been done otherwise its money pi$$ed up the wall as you'll want new tyres in <500 miles!

I don't mean to sound rude, but why do you need coilovers? So many people buy them because they blindly follow the lead of fashion, then end up selling them a couple of months later because they are pretty intolerable on Blighties finest roads.

ARB's will do a better job than the strut brace. The brace will just help to tighten things up.
You'll probably want to add a dogbone bush to your list too.

I'd seriously consider not cutting too many corners or waiting until you can get it done in one lump as you'll really feel a performance benefit with it all working 100%

I'd say the upper strut is good for tightening up the front-end and dbm for engine movement. Both of these I have done.

Uprated ARBs are probably a good idea if you're not happy with the roll around fast corners, but I've been happy so far.

I think the LCR does sit quite high when you compare it to a Mercedes or BMW coupé, but I'd worry about catching the front in more places that I already do!
