What stage am I at?

I'm a newbie to this forum and vag ownership.
I recently bought a cupra 2002 with auq engine.
Im looking to add some mods as it does have a few already fitted but I'm unsure of what's next.
I have forged rods (rated to 600hp)
The N249 and n75 bypass/removal.
R8 injectors
R8 coil packs
3" downpipe
2.5" system incl decat
Toyosport fmic (the small one)
3" ic hard pipes
Ramair induction kit with heat shield
And I assume k04 turbo
The car is currently at 261bhp I have a 550lph fuel pump if I need it.
Am I at stage 2 already?
What's the next mod to give more power?
I'd like to get to around 300whp and I'll be getting a gearbox with a lsd assuming I don't have 1 stock.

I'm sure the standard turbo is k03 then k03s and unconfirmed but apparently k04 fitted. So would that make me stage 3? What would be the next step?
