Hi im running my mk 4 cupra 20vt on a revo stage 1 map with a green panel cotton and forge dv 008, its currently got the green spring in it but was wondering if i would benefit from putting the yellow spring in? Im not 100% sure on what boost its running approx 1.1-1.4 bar according to the mapper. Thanks

if i pop the yellow spring in will i have to use any shims? What difference will it make? Cheers

Ohhhhh, shiney! I stand corrected....

No need for shims. The spring just holds a little more boost and stops the DV opening early. As yours is mapped, it won't be a problem. Only issue is putting too stiff a spring in there when its not been mapped as it'll cause the turbo to stall.

no idea on the bhp,im running about 23/24psi if i remember right and the boost does drop off a fair amount at the top but i believe its a normal amount to be honest i think it drops to roughly 18psi might be more though i dont really watch the boost guage much.

PSI will drop off as the turbo runs out of puff towards the redline! Stiffer spring might hold a little more maybe?

Sweet :) Does it come with yellow spring aswel? Flashing keyring lol. Is it better than the 007? I've ordered forge coldside relocation kit and the new badger-5 3"/80mm TIP
