What should it be boosting at?

Tried searching for boost, boosting etc and read some threads but still not sure of the answer.

I saw a 1.8t cupra the other day, had a little drive and it was boosting at a maximum of 0.5 bar i'm sure it should be higher.

HEre comes the question....his Maf had gone, and he was having it replaced this week, now could that have been the reason for low boost?

he also had the abs light on the dashboard on, just a sensor gone you reckon??!

i'm really just getting in to this ibiza lark...ask me about a saxo and i could give you an answer. willing to learn, so any help would be gratefully recieved

Standard ibiza is .5bar~7psi. Remapped around 20psi.

Is it standard or remapped?

The ABS light is a sign the MAF is dead.

i'll be test driving it again, just to make sure he's got it all sorted before buying!!!

hopefully both lights will be out. if not it won't be coming home with me.

it's standard, but won't be for long when i get hold of it.

gona go the revo route me thinks with forge 007p but will run it standrard for first month to enjoy as it is.

tis lowered though and does have copious speakers, but i'm going for speed this time not looks.

i think ull find its the tcs light that indicates a dead maf.
i shuld know i have gone through 3 in 9 months
