What power does a Revo stage 2 cupra actually make?

Im talking totally standard for a 2009 Leon Cupra K1, except the downpipe, a de-cat and the stage 2 Revo software?

There seems to be quite a wild variation in power claims. Just wonder what to expect/what has actually been made on the rollers?

Do you have an intake too?

if so you should expect to see about 320-325bhp if not then possibly 315-320 maximum.

Don't think it would be a good idea to try and get more out of a stage 2 map without adding a fuel pump to supply enough juice

Don't forget that a lot of these high power claims for Stage 1 maps are based on the rolling road lottery. 320 - 325 sounds about right to me for stage 2.

I'm getting mine done at the AmD rolling road day but as Bignod said it's rolling road lottery as I made 317bhp Stage 1 with no other mods on there rollers

Typically stage 1 Revo makes around 285 on JKM rollers , with no other mods.

some cars see a bit more , based on that i would expect stage 2 to be around 310-320 max.

I dont think i have seen a stage 2+ hit more than 340 either on their rollers iirc ?

but its a massive willy waving dyno lottery , its great having the power but if its not useable then it means nothing.

With all the bolt ons, 330+bhp, at the wheels with the correct settings.

What are they making standard on JKM rollers?

Not entirely sure but standard Mk5 r32's are 250 bhp and they invariably get 225bhp or there abouts on JKM's rollers which tells a story in itself.

They are regarded as reading low by the majority and accurate by the rest. Again RR lottery . . .

Depends on where you ask this question. In Uk and France claims are approx. 15-20 bhp higher than those in Germany.
I guess Stage 1 max 310 bhp at the flywheel, stage 2 (all without pump) max 315-320 and 2+ combined with a healthy car max 340 bhp.
Guess it also has to do with the software. German tuners always keep in mind that there are customers that tend to drive their car at the limit and at extreme speed over longer a longer period (so heat can get a problem).

For me a car has to run wel and power delivery has to be smooth. I know cars that produce loads op power but don't feel good and less powerfull cars that drive perfect.

It'll just be running the down pipe and decat, no inlet at the moment. This may change in the future though depending whether we're going to keep the cupra long term.

If it makes anything over 310 at the fly I wont be dissapointed.

once it starts getting to the 350 mark it'll be snapping at the heels of the RS, and I can't have that LOL!
