What N75 came on your Ibiza? How do the C and F differ?

My Ibiza came with a C, but ive also used a J.

How does the F differ from these two?

I'm not sure, but I've swapped mine to a J.

I think there is also an H, just to confuse matters further!

i find my car running a c is a lot smoother with the power delivery, i much prefer it to the f that i had on it for a while

This may sound silly but what is this valve? ive seen chats about it but never known what is really is!?

It controls the actuator, which opens/closes the wastegate, which vents exhaust gas around the turbo, regulating the boost essentially.

The different N75's give different boost curves and allow more/less boost.

i have tried both c/f/. f is meant for a audi S2. i found an extra 0.2 bar of boost with an f version. got a c on at the moment got an f on order, around 40 quid,well worth it.

so the other valves are from other 1.8ts?

from what cars u can use them?

the c is a lot smoother on progessivly giving me boost

the f seems a bit sharper, but makes my car go into limp mode

as far as i know the valves are from other 1.8t engines,ibi. c is smooth on my car but get a higher boost spike from the f varient. hope i dont get the dreared limp mode. need vag-com.

Does anyone know if a C is more aggresive than a J? Also which one is the most aggresive of all?

The J is more agressive than the C.

The C is much more progressive.
