Just got a cat back system on mine and i get on average 36mpg. Did get the dial up to 49.2mpg driving to gatwick the other day!! Usually get 300ish miles to a tank. Do find i get a few extra miles if i use shell v power though. Could be a coincidence.

According to my on-board MPG display i'm getting high 40's, but the amount of times i visit a petrol station i think i'm getting more low 30's.

apparently once mapped the MPG reading on the onboard computer is usless. you lot would be much better filling your tank right up, driving around till nearly empty then re filling it.

amount of miles
amount of petrol used.....

gives you miles per litre. or X 4.02 ish for MPG

i roughly get about 30-32mpg if i drive on motorways, about 22-25mpg for around town.

think 290miles was the most ive had from a full tank.

hi all, has anybody else noticed a change in the average mpg if they run shell v power because i have and also i see martin251184 has noticed this? if i run bp ultimate i get 22-25 as an average but if i run shell v power i seem to be getting 24-27 as an average, could this just b a coincidenceas martin say's? also adam 1.4 biza as i've had my car mapped over the years for more power etc, and done more mod's my average mpg has dropped accordingly so i think the onboard computer is able 2 make adjustments and re-calculate for the extra fuel being used?

morning all, as there seem's to be a few of us getin different mpg average's on different fuel's i asked my mate who has road and sport development old demo golf what figures if get's, and he also has the same figures as me when using different fuel's. so i guess that what we all want to know is weather there is any significant performance changes! as i'm going 2 the charity rolling road weekend at Clive Atthowes on the 24 and 25 of nov i'm going 2 run bp ultimate and see wot the figure's are like as last time i ran on there rollers i was on shell v power, so this should give some indication of any gain's or losses. if there is any significant changes i'll post it up.
