what interior mods would you lot recommend

I have a bit of money to spend and want to get sum interior mods like an armrest off ebay but what else shud i get.

any ideas?

W8 interior light is good too if a little faffy to fit. But Pabs's guide was really helpful. See the sticky at the top.

ok Where can I get a w8 light from , don't say VW please and whats the sunglasses holder look like , Used to own a passat and it had neither so just wondered

As for the W8 interior light - you guessed it - I got mine from VW. It has a couple of leds in it that shine down onto the gear knob area - what Ford call 'submarine lighting'.

Unless you live 300 miles from a VW dealer then it's really the best idea to get all the stuff from them, as the parts from Ebay etc are generally much more expensive than you would get from a dealer, though you usually will have to wait as they are special order. In a different life I used to live in Oatcake land and Leek had a dealer? Don't know if it's still there or not.
