what could cause random powerloss...

well basically the past few weeks the car has felt quite restricted and underpowered but then all of a sudden yesterday after braking sharply it seems to be back to normal and quite free flowing feeling.

part of me wants to think its brake related as im convinced one is warped/f*cked but it still works so havent had it checked yet. and after spirited drives i can hear a faint gringing noise like every revolution of the wheel (when going slow so made me think the brake was warped).

anywho.. what else may cause the random power problem.

warpped disc you will get a vibration through the steering wheel when braking at speed.

random power loss......plug it into vagcom

it does wobble at about 50ish but not while braking, but thats more than likely wheel balancing which i need to get looked at sometime.

may book it into the garage in a few weeks.
