Just thought id ask what everyone is running in thier fogs and main beams as ive just fitted 2 pairs of 100W ring Rally Sport's they look bright as feck even in the day-light, crouched down to get level with them, and jesus, couldnt see for 5 minutes

Still have to see what they are like at night. The ones i took out from the main were only rated at 55W and had a crappy blue tint to them, no wonder it didnt seem much brighter with them on. The fogs were osram 55W ones.

So, what ya running?

I'm running 100W ultra blue's for main, (awesome light), 55W ultra blue dips and same for fogs. Very happy with the output from them.

My only gripe about the lights is the beam pattern could be a lot better.

I will fit some LED sidelights when i get round to it.

is that the 'extreme brilliance' ones? thats what i have, practically speaking the output is very good however as far as colour temp is concirned. They look alright until your parked next to someone with HIDS as i found out recently.

Just ordered MTEC superwhite h7 s for nightlights. They claim to me 100% increase on oem and 4350k (hmm?). However i've seen some pics on googl images and they do look very good. (and for £9.99 a pair... who's arguing?). Theres a page i found that compares them to philips bluevision and the MTEC wins hands down

They do a 5900k variant which i might think about for fogs.

XTec is a another that has equally good write ups.

Am running with a set of slimline HID's in main beam, LED sidelights, Philips Blue Vision full beam and standard fogs. Must say night & day difference with the HID's :D

So are most people running LED sidelights too then? i Had some basic 4LED ones which have lasted fine, ive just up-graded to some 5LED super bright ones to use more of the refractor, and they dont seem to like the heat from the main's tbh although they are alot better and brighter, so having a search, i found some halogen side light bulbs... anyone any experience?

Seem pretty expensive, and im considering going back to just normal ones tbh, or some middle of the road ones that are a little brighter/whiter

I had these as a freebie when I got my nightbreakers... absolute rubbish unless you're in complete darkness with only the sides on, they're not white at all! Some 5 LED ones came today and I compared, the LED seems 20 times brighter
