What bhp ?

Hi i have a mk3 ibiza cupra with the following mods..
Uprated panel filter
Cold air feed
3" downpipe - decat
Scorpion cat back
4 bar fpr
Forge TIP
N75j valve
Front mount intercooler
Standard ko3 turbo

With remap what should i expect?
Also what could i get with thise mods and a KO3S turbo

Up to 240bhp on the ko3s i expect. Im going down the ko3s route soon hopefully

Popular topic, been covered ALOT.

Mine put out 225bhp and 290 lb/ft of KO3s Revo Stage two and all the trimmings, was a good quick little car.

Alot of people go down the Hybrid route these days.

Normal rollers -mapped k03 200/210bhp - Ko3s - 210/220bhp
Power happy rollers - mapped k03 up to 220bhp - ko3s up to 245bhp i think iv seen

what are the realistic figures in bhp and ftlb have you seen on your dyno bill??

So far on my k03s ive had

232, 260 lbs/ft
235, 278 lbs/ft
235, 309 lbs/ft

In between runs though things were changed and added to the setup etc, its a bloody agressive map too

God only knows what the real figure is, as far as forums are concerned theres no dyno on the planet that is realistic, its either too high or too low so whats the point in them? lol

As far as my results show my car must be 23Xbhp and mid to high 200's torque, not too fussed though as its great to drive thats all i car about

berg your first 2 runs seem the most realistic but I haven't been in your car so I can't comment on how different it is to other k03s ibiza's I've been in

BERG your telling me haha, unless its what they got its just instantly wrong! And everyoneneinging saying " do a search " what would i put a post if i could find it there

a few good k03s have got into the 230bhp range and 250-260lbft peak torque - and I mean a *few*

most are 215-220bhp region where k03 are 195-205bhp region

Realistic power figures.. not happy dyno ones

thanks bill, ive brought a k03s on the cheap which needs a refurb and wasn't sure weather to hybrid it or not, I think I will now tho
A hybrid on a mild map should easily make 250bhp shouldn't it bill??

it does here.. yes.. 18-20psi and I see 250-260lbft from hybrid k03

thanks bill sounds good, I'm planning on changing the rods too so I would want full hybrid boost and WMI, but if by any chance I can't find the money to replace the rods I was just asking if the map can be turned down to look after the rods till I can afford to change them
