What are FR+ TDis like?

I've been a member here for a bit now, was previously looking into an Ibiza Cupra TDi, but after putting a deposit (refundable, luckily!!) I took it out on a final test drive, and found the road noise unbearable.

Seen as they're pretty thin on the ground, I've decided to look at something slightly more readily available, and the Leon seems to fit most of my criteria.

I've not test driven one yet, but wondering what people's general views of them are? Are they a relatively quiet in the cabin? I presume you don't get the same 40 profile tyres as the Ibiza??

Also, being a bigger car, how do they compare performance-wise to the Ibiza Cupra TDi?

the leon may be 150bhp but i find it ideal...
my sister had the ibiza 130 diesel and its a twitchy car in my opinion...

you wont be dissapointed with the leon for comfort, stability, economy and performance!! the torque is unreal!

as ive said ive had mine a month and an over the moon with it!
