Just though I would say that I no longer want a golf and will keep my car for atleast a year now... Reason is I took it to Alton Towers from Norwich on Thursday (450 miles there and back) and even though there were four people and a large suitcase in the car it was still very responsive and torquee even though its only a 1.4! Never missed a beat!

Also coming back to Essex tonight from Norwich (110 miles) I achieved 53 MPG! (that was taking it easy ofcourse)! Joy! :funk::funk::funk:

See 1.4 ibiza's aint all that bad!!

I have one and i like how much torque it has, even when i have a full car. Will probably keep mine a few years..... cant face getting rid of it!

Id like sumthing quicker but due to the usual insurance etc i cant afford it but im more than happy with my 1.4!! Just need my new pedal box fitted onto it now and the clutch cable changed :s
