Hope you guys can help me out on this one.
My 2010 Seat Exeo blower motor is not functioning properly. It is blowing with like 30% of the power. BUT, when the windscreen washer motor is turned on the blower motor starts working with 100% of power for like 20 seconds and then goes back to 30%. Why would that be?
