Either find a mod friendly dealer (unlikely) or swap it out before servicing.

Of course if your found out or it causes something to fall off the map then they are within rights to with-hold warranty !

Ive got an 04 car and ive had loads of stuff done on warrantee. Basically what my dealer now says is that the part I changed is now out of warrantee (which is a bit obvious as its not theres)

I think 99% on here have modded cars and very very few have had major warrantee problems

if you put an induction kit on - they'll not replace the MAF or anything related to the air filter... depends how picky they want to be.

MAF's are very commonly diagnosed as faulty. They cost around £80 to replace. Up to you if you risk it.
Put it this way, if you do your listed mods and have a problem with you suspension, do you think they'd be able to blame your mods? Don't think so.

If you think your dealers going to be a pain, just remove the mods when you need to take the car to them! The DV - they'll probably never spot, esp if you get the black forge 007P.
