Question to all the guys with mods eg exhaust , cai , uprated diverter valve ect

how do you still get warranty work done on your engine when the stealer opens the bonnet and can tell imeadtley you have modded your car?

reason i ask is i want a new full exhaust and cai but have 24 months left on my warranty.

Cheers

Rob.

depends if the mod is related to the issue or not.
Some dealers are more mod friendly than others. They get paid for the work after all.

I think they would be more likely to moan about the induction kit than the exhaust. 5 mins? (unless the exhaust manifold has cracked or something related to the exhaust).

pretty much as above. you can always take the induction kit off.

It really depnds on the dealer though.
