Wandering car

Hiya, this is my first post so be nice to me! lol

My car is a 1995 Ibiza GTi 8v.

Only had my Ibiza on the road for 2 weeks and it seems to have developed a wander when am doing around 50-60 mph on a flat bit of road.
When i accelerate hard it pulls to the left and when i decelerate it pulls to the right! its not that major but it is noticable.

Any ideas what it could be? Top mounts possible??

I was underneath the car earlier and there are no loose bolts or bushes that i could see or feel (which is a good thing i suppose).

Thanks in advance

Yeah that all seems fine. Its a strange one. It is only noticable at speeds around 50-60 mph.

I'm going to have a good check over it tommorow if the weather is any good.

ibizas are notorious for pulling slightly to the left?

is your car lowered much?

mine pulled to the left when i got it because of the balance of the wheels, but after i lowered it, sorted itself, just ever so slighty 2 the left when accelerating hard!

My ibiza pulls slightly to the left but it just follows the camber on the road. If i sit exactly in the middle of the road it doesnt go anywhere, just goes in a straight line. Mine only pulls badly to the left if im carrying 2passengers and they both sit on the passenger side of the car!

The car has been lowered by 40mm i think but it was done before i got the car. Its also just had new tyres put on all round which have also been balanced.

I hope to get out to the car tommorow to have a good look around and see whats up. weather permitting!

thanks for all your help so far.

Any other ideas let me know.

Sorted!

The problem was the drivers side lower wishbone rear bush. I had it changed when i got the car and it hadn't been fitted properly into the mounting point on the car!

nice to be able to drive in a straight line again!

Cheers.
