Video in motion - format type

Hi, I am new to this forum and I just bought a 2016 Seat Leon Cupra 290 DSG (5F). On all my previous cars I had VIM (Video in motion) and I loved it. Now, that I bought this I wanted to try and code it here but I cant seem to find which format to use. I tried MP4 but it just plays as music, and then I put on USB 3GP, MOV and AVI and it only recognized 3GP as music without video. Which format should I try? Thanks! ps. I do have Navi PLUS!

Looking at your other post regarding navigation SD card, I don't think your system supports video playback as it's not the High unit.
