Vibration from Air Con?

i have a 2004 150 tdi sport Toledo. The climate control works a treat except if your sitting in traffic or just sitting idling theres a big vibration kicks in. You can really feel and hear it in the car. The unfortunate thing is that she's just outta warranty!! Prob cost a fortune for Seat just to look at it! Theres no warning lights that come on and even with the vibration it still works fine. Just a bit annoying and concerning. Any help appreciated!

Your radio volume is set too low. Try turning the dial a few notch's. The vibration should dissapear.

Do you mean when the air con is on or just generally, you should expect to hear the compressor kick in once the air con is activated? Or is it possibly your fans, if you switch the aircon on do the fans work at high speed or low speed, the high speed tends to cause a vibration throughout the car, if they are then remove battery cover and check the 40amp fuse on the battery, if its got a hairline crack or totally blown then you need a set of fans and fuse.
