VAGCOM Port

Sorry if youve heard this question, but can someone please tell me where the VAGCOM port in my car ('05 Ibiza) was trying to find it and just cant see it!

Do i have to remove any plastic to get to it?

I was looking at the roof of the passenger footwell, but cant see anything resembling a VAGCOM port!

Right hand side of the steering well, it's behind the drop down cubby hole

If it's anything like mine that cubby hole is a right pain to get out, so it's pull till you think somthing is about the snap then pull a bit harder.

OMG what an improvement its made to the steering!

Also - it says i need to register for it to beep when it locks? Anyone else get that?
