Vag-com Derby(Ripley) Help please

If anybody would be so kind to help me out.

The EML light comes on,stays on a few days then goes off for a few days then comes back on.

Had it re-set but just does the above.Seems to be only boosting at 5psi now (eml light on at the mo).

Not been re-maped just has a green filter, forge split r valve..loosing the will to live now.

Have you tried re-fitting your standard D/V? The split r's can be a pita to set up correctly.

Ref the d.v the old one was inop so thats not an option.
