Using this relay for HIDs

Has anyone bought this, im a bit wary of buying chinese things on ebay.
Basically it should plug into the HIDs and extract enough power directly from the battery to the lights and not take it from the same loom as the dials (hence, the resetting).

i got the same thing at home but id already wired my hids up without it using a maplins relay as that item took 2 months to deliver!! But it should work mate!

Much was the maplins relay mate?
2 months to deliver...bit long to wait if im only saving 5er or so.
