Hi everyone,
2 days ago I bought a used 2020 mk4 Leon FR 1.5L 150ps eTSI with 28k miles from a reputable company, and I've got a few questions/concerns that I hope to get sorted out.
I will start by saying this is by far the nicest car ive ever owned in terms of looks and drive. It's very comfortable and really fun to drive and if I can get its issues resolved I can see myself driving this for many years to come.
- Possilbe single LED broken on the rear light (picture below). Anyone had any issues like this, do I need to replace the whole light? I don't think its included in the warranty from the dealer but is it worth asking anyway?
- 12V battery low warning after around 5 minutes in the car with the engine off. I would have thought the 48V battery would be used or charge the 12V battery, do I need to replace my 12V battery?
- Android auto not starting by default. My old car would boot straight into AA when I plugged my phone in but in this car it doesn't and I have to click a few buttons to start it every time I get in, is there a setting for this?
- Climate control temperature reseting to 22 degrees and level 2 fan every time I get in the car meaning I have to spend a while setting it back to how I want it.
- Digital dials reset every time I get in the car so I have to change them back as well.
- No information about the 48v battery at all. It doesn't show any details about its charge level or when the motor is being used, as an electrical engineer this is really annoying, if there is no way of finding this I might wire something in to monitor voltage and current draw/charge on the battery.
- Lane assist doesn't seem as bad on country roads as some people make out but I would prefer if it did more on motorways as I can't feel it at all and it just gives me warnings instead of correcting my position.
Any help with any of these is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Issues
- Not being able to become the primary user. I have reset the infotainment and added my own seat connect account but when I try to become the primary user I am met with an infinite loading screen. Ive seen another thread on here about this but they never came to a solution. My software version is 1969, I really want to get this sorted.- Possilbe single LED broken on the rear light (picture below). Anyone had any issues like this, do I need to replace the whole light?
